Registration is available exclusively through the Online Registration Portal. Please read the registration information carefully before submission. After logging in, registrants may complete payment and submit their symposium proposal and/or abstract through the same portal.

Notes:
1. The payment of the registration fee will be processed in Hong Kong Dollar. The USD amount is for reference only.
2. Please be aware that once you have completed payment for any individual workshop, you will not be eligible for the discounted rates offered in the “All Workshops” or “Conference + All Workshops” packages when registering for additional workshops at a later time. To enjoy package pricing, participants must select the package before making their initial payment.
3. Should any discrepancies be found during the verification process, you will be required to pay the difference in cash (HKD) when collecting your name badge.
4. The Organising Committee reserves the right to verify membership status and adjust the registration category and fee, if applicable.

Receive your Letter of Invitation from ASSM

Upon receiving a written request at assm-interimmeeting2026@cuhk.edu.hk, the Secretariat will issue an invitation letter by email after the full payment has been received. This invitation is intended solely to facilitate attendees’ leave applications or travel arrangements and does not constitute any form of financial or other support.

Registration FAQs

Are speakers required to register?

Yes. ASSM does not provide honoraria to academic planners, committee members, co-chairs, or speakers. No individual involved in a CME activity may receive payments directly from a commercial interest, including honoraria, travel, out-of-pocket expenses or other payments.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

A 50% refund of the fees paid will be issued for cancellations made on or before 10 August 2026. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to assm-interimmeeting2026@cuhk.edu.hk. Refunds will be processed after the Conference. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after 10 August 2026.
